10th Hole - Par 4 - Men 315m/305m Ladies 270m/260m

Here we are at the centre of the course and the most enjoyable part - a bar. A refridgerator bunged full of liquid refreshment with a place to sit and some welcome shade is totally irresistable. Only heathens and puritans could pass it by without stopping - and they don't play golf anyway. Sit and enjoy the view, check your score, take the weight off your feet and feel the sparkling liquid penetrate your gullet. Reluctantly you make your way to the tee. Another blind shot but once again to a large landing area. The sensible choice is a long iron to clear the stream and avoid running too far over the edge of the terraced firway. The second shot is tricky as there is no room for error. The narrow green has a steep rise to the left and a steep drop to the right. A lay-up followed by an easy chip is possibly the better option. The green is easy to read.
